Delivery
Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

– Norway: 2-7 business days after dispatch

– International: 5-14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing and courier service.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at fittedofficial@hotmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Under Norwegian consumer rules, goods must be delivered without necessary delay and normally no later than 30 days after purchase unless another delivery arrangement has been agreed.

Shipping

We currently ship from Norway.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, if available.

– shipping times are estimates only

– delays may occur during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our control

– customers are responsible ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Return & Refud

Easy Exchanges or Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchases, you may have the right to return your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For eligible returns:

– items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

– items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition

– all tags and original packaging must be included

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on certain items where this is appropriate and clearly stated before purchase.

– return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer unless item is faulty or incorrect

-original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
